My client is looking for two experienced Stainless TIG Welders to join their team in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled fabricators who can weld and polish stainless steel to a high standard while working from technical drawings in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricating and welding stainless steel structures from detailed technical drawings.
- Performing high-quality TIG welds (fillet and butt).
- Polishing stainless steel components to a professional, clean finish.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality at all times.
- Working collaboratively in a busy workshop setting.
Requirements:
- Experience with TIG welding stainless steel (fillet & butt welds).
- Skilled in stainless steel polishing producing a clean, smooth finish.
- Ability to read and work from technical fabrication drawings.
- Experience in bespoke or structural steel fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
