Nicholas Howard are delighted to be recruiting for a leading engineering firm who are looking to bring in a part-time facilities coordinator to help with the ongoing facilities management of the site. The expectation is for 2 days of time p/week / 15hours, to be split over 2 full days or 3 reduced days. The project will be an initial 3-6months, with a view to then extending this on indefinitely.

The site spans a variety of uses from typical office space, to sales and demonstration suites, so would be ideally suited to a candidate who has has some good exposure to a variety of FM tasks. This will cover both planned and reactive maintenance, coordination of a range of suppliers and services to the site, completion of RAMS and COSHH data, among various other typical responsibilities across building management and maintenance.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, comfortable working confidently with both internal and external teams. Strong time management, planning and coordination skills will also be essential to execute the FM schedule, with good attention to detail.
