Are you a Project Manager from the marine industry, or with experience in luxury boats and yachts, looking for a new challenge within a close knit, family run business where you'll be valued, supported, and given the opportunity to work on high profile projects in a thriving sector with excellent long term stability?

Operating from their own shipyard with a strong balance sheet and a loyal long-term customer base, they boast world class facilities and state of the art workshops, delivering a comprehensive service across the marine sector.

In the role you will be managing refits, repairs and maintenance of boats for a wide range of commercial customers, including the Ministry of Defence, port authorities, fisheries and survey organisations. You will work closely with the directors and skilled teams of engineers, overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The Role:

  • Manage refit, repair and maintenance projects for commercial and government vessels
  • Oversee projects from planning to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards
  • Liaise with clients, engineers and directors to ensure successful project delivery

The Person:

  • Project management background
  • Experience in the marine industry (essential)
  • Based in or near Lymington, UK driving license is preferred
