Berry Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join a local authority within the housing maintenance department based at the Lyndhurst office.
This is a 6 month contract working Monday to Friday full time 37 hours a week.
Hourly pay between 14.50 and 16.00 depending on experience.
You will need to be available to start Monday 20th October.
Main Duties:
- Support the Gas and Electrical Manager in tracking compliance checks including gas safety, electrical, fire safety, fire suppression
- Ensuring statutory obligations are met while maintaining positive relationships with residents
- Maintaining accurate compliance records, including updating internal systems
- Identify vulnerable tenants and to ensure relevant support is provided
- Log all tenant interactions
- Use of computer systems and M365 systems including planner
Candidate Requirements:
- Administration experience is essential
- Confident using computer systems
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Experience working within housing environment is desired
