About Tors Park
Tors Park is a stunning hilltop estate overlooking the sea in North Devon. Currently a high-end self-catering destination, we're evolving into a leading centre for wellness, retreats, and conscious living with the backing of an entrepreneurial family office and a long-term vision for something soulful, impactful, and sustainable.

The Role
Were looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial General Manager to lead Tors Park into its next phase. This isnt a typical hotel GM role its for a strategic, hands-on leader whos excited to build a destination brand and co-create a lasting legacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute plans to increase occupancy to drive profitability, launch wellness and retreat offerings, and drive brand expansion.
  • Commercial Ownership: Full P&L responsibility, with a focus on revenue, new income streams, and performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, cost control).
  • Guest Experience: Be the day-to-day face of Tors Park warm, present, and service-led. Oversee seamless operations, wellness services and events.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and lead a high-performing team across housekeeping, maintenance, and wellness.
  • Operations: Manage robust systems for bookings, guest services, compliance, and property upkeep.
  • Brand & Community: Support marketing, build local partnerships, and grow presence in the wellness space.
