Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to work for an established, growing business in the Lytham area.
Salary: 35,000 a year
Working hours:
Mon-Thurs 7.30-4.30
Friday 7.30-12.30

Roles and responsibilities:
-Will be responsible for running 4x payrolls, 2x weekly and 2x monthly (headcount of 240 staff across 2x businesses)
-Supporting HR department and business with Civica reports and projects
-Running the full payroll cycle including pay rises, tax changes, NI contributions, BACS payment submission
-Maintaining payroll records, such as employee data, new starters, terminations, absence data and salary changes
-As payroll is time specific, during downtime will be expected to assist with general basic HR tasks such as exit interviews.
-Ability to drive to and from the Lytham and Warton sites for hand on approach - Will be based at either site but must be able to spend at least 1 or 2 days at the other site.

Experience/ Qualifications:
-Familiar with payroll software
-Degree level/specific payroll qualification
-CIPP Qualification - Desirable
-Maths and English (C or above) or equivalent
-Two years' experience of running payroll end to end
