Lettings Negotiator

Salary: Up to 28k Basic (DOE) + Bonus/Commission (OTE = 35k)

The Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:
* To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
* Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals
* Conducting property viewings at various rental properties, providing informed advice to prospective tenants.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Helping build up our lettings brand and creating business
* Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings regulations and standards.

The Key Requirements of the Lettings Negotiator:
* Experience in the Property Industry is essential
* Strong Sales ability with confidence to bring on new business
* Strong Administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, and good general IT skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
* Full, clean UK driving license is essential
