About the Role
As the Purchase Ledger Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all supplier transactions in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices and expense claims
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing payment runs
- Responding to supplier queries
- Supporting month-end procedures
- Maintaining accurate financial records
What We're Looking For
- Previous purchase ledger or accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
