Position Overview:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with the school's team to provide tailored support to students needing SEND support.. Your role will involve implementing strategies to enhance the child's educational experience and foster their personal development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Childcare / Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent isessential.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school context.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and holistic development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for collaborative teamwork.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability in addressing diverse learning needs.
  • Positive attitude towards problem-solving and navigating challenges.
  • Basic understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
  • Minimum of GCSE-level qualifications in English and Mathematics.
