We're working with a leading food and beverage business undergoing a period of transformation, including TUPE transfers and an increase in complex ER casework. This business is fast-paced, people-focused, and needs someone confident managing employee relations at scale, while ensuring TUPE processes are handled sensitively and compliantly. The Role: - Lead and support on TUPE consultations and transfers (inbound and outbound) - Manage a range of complex ER issues, including grievance, disciplinary, absence and performance - Coach and advise line managers through best-practice HR processes - Support in embedding policies, driving consistency, and promoting engagement during change - Work closely with operational leaders to ensure smooth integration and support of transferred employees What You'll Bring: - Proven experience in a HRBP / Senior HR Advisor role within FMCG / food manufacturing / supply chain - Strong working knowledge of TUPE legislation and end-to-end employee relations - Calm, credible, and confident in fast-moving environments - Immediate availability and able to travel to site as required (hybrid options considered)
