Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage client and third-party interactions via telephone, written correspondence, and occasionally face-to-face meetings
  • Proactively chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers, and searches to ensure seamless transactions
  • Maintain real-time updates on the case management system and relevant third-party websites
  • Prepare essential documentation and completion packs, including completion statements and invoices
  • Handle post-exchange matters and manage completions on the day of completion
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Provide additional administrative support to your team and other departments as needed

Experience required:

  • A minimum of 2 years of solid work experience as a Conveyancing Assistant in a Residential Conveyancing Department is essential.
