Salary: Competitive

Location: Hybrid

Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm

Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager or Lettings Professional looking for a new challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Join a leading UK residential property management company overseeing one of the largest and most diverse portfolios in the sector. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to mentor and lead others while delivering exceptional service to clients and residents.

You’ll manage the operational performance of several residential developments, working closely with Development Managers and site-based staff. You’ll ensure sites are well maintained, compliant, and run smoothly, while providing guidance, training, and support to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Portfolio: Oversee day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and providing excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, and clients on maintenance, projects, and compliance.
  • Monitor and manage service charge budgets, estimates, and accounts.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and manage maintenance and repair work, liaising with reliable contractors.
  • Conduct Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards are met and identify any maintenance needs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay up to date with property laws and ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on property management activities.
  • Mentor and support Development Managers, helping them meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Deputise for senior management when required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in residential block/property management.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant property legislation.
  • Confident communicator with leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to high service standards.
  • A valid UK driving license.
