This role involves assisting in the delivery of training to both internal colleagues and external customers, maintaining training materials, and managing training facilities.

What you'll be doing:
- Deliver product and application training programmes for internal colleagues, external salespeople, and site services engineers.
- Conduct product, application, and installation training for customers and stakeholders.
- Engage with line managers to ensure that Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Behaviour (SKEB) matrices are updated and staff are trained to required competency levels.
- Assist with the administrative requirements of the department, including updating the SKEB and Training Register, providing training feedback, and scheduling training sessions.
- Maintain training collateral to reflect the latest product information and technical data.
- Manage and maintain training facilities and rigs to ensure they are suitable for training sessions.
- Record completed training sessions on the relevant training registers and issue certificates to successful participants.
What you'll need:
- IFE Level 3 in Passive Fire ProtectionÂ
- Good understanding of the UK Building Regulations Part B Fire Safety.
- Knowledge of testing standards and methodologies related to cavity barriers and firestopping.
