Salary: Up to £60,000
Hours: 45 hours per week

About the Role
- Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Manage resources, financial targets, and customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company processes
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver financial results in line with agreed budgets
- Optimise site resources and costs to maximise profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with work providers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, PAS125, and manufacturer standards
- Lead and manage staff through structured performance management processes
- Provide market-leading customer service from booking to vehicle return
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in workshop or bodyshop management
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with Audatex is highly desirable
- Familiarity with management systems and HR policies
- Ability to interpret printed estimating packages (preferred but not essential)
