The role
We are looking for a chef departiefrom a rosette or a good background to run one of the section in this kitchen, they have a restaurant and events as well. you will prep your section, ensure your ready for service, prepare your items, plate/cook the section dishes in service This role will include all the normal chef departieduties.
Experience
We are looking for a chef departiefrom a rosette background or a fresh food background at either chef departielevel or a demi chef departie.
Salary to £30k + paid overtime for over 40 hrs + service/tips
