Our amazing client, a 2 Michelin star kitchen is in need of a fantastic Sous Chef to operationally lead this 100 covers per day outlet. You will be working with some of the finest chefs in the uk and be part of a world renowned group with opportunities for future progression!
This is a busy kitchen, so requires a personable operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader. You will report to the executive chef and be heavily involved in menu development and creation.
