Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and optimise machine learning models to address business challenges.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and efficiency.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the data science team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
- Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualisation tools.
- Experience with machine learning models and statistical analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AWS and experiment design.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
