REED Practice are thrilled to be partnered with a well-established and reputable firm who are seeking a US/UK Tax Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity for a newly qualified dual handler to advance their career in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Review US and UK personal tax returns and provide tailored tax advice to a diverse client portfolio.
  • Manage client communications effectively, ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Liaise with third parties to obtain necessary documentation and develop external networks.
  • Assist with business development activities, identifying new client opportunities and contributing to the firm's growth.
  • Support and mentor junior staff as the team expands, playing a key role in their professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in US/UK tax, with dual qualification.
  • Must hold EA and ATT/CTA certifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop new skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the capability to plan, prioritise, and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build and maintain client relationships.
