A brilliant opportunity for a Graduate to a well-established town planning consultancy. They have a national presence and work on projects across various sectors such as commercial, residential, sport, leisure, healthcare, and public sector.
Graduate Planner Duties
- Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals
- Conduct site appraisals and planning research
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to planning strategy development for various schemes
Graduate Planner Requirements
- A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar (RTPI Accredited)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with good time management skills
- A team player eager to learn and contribute
- Full UK driving license
