Customer Insight Partner

Location - Maidenhead/Remote (hybrid working)

Duration - 5-6 months initial

Rate - circa. 600 per day



Summary

SRG are working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Customer Insight Partner to join their team for a temporary assignment. This role is pivotal in driving customer-centric strategies by leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.



Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Insight Partner, you will be expected to:

  • Identify knowledge and information gaps and initiate research projects to address them.
  • Manage sourcing, validation, and delivery of data used by brand teams for decision making.
  • Organize and manage quality research programs aligned with brand strategy.
  • Provide informed analysis on products, therapy areas, and competitors to recommend actions.
  • Develop and maintain models and dashboards to monitor product performance.
  • Facilitate brand team insight gathering and support patient journey assessments.


Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of CRM, SFE tools and systems, and sales force metrics.
  • Experience in working with market research agencies and data suppliers.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and problem-solving ability.
  • Understanding of NHS and brand planning cycles.
