We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Administrator to join a small but successful business near Maidenhead in a varied Office Administrator role. We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, good IT literacy and a flexible, positive attitude.

Please note that this role is fully office based in the Maidenhead area, hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5 and applicants MUST drive due to the rural location of the office.

Alongside a competitive salary of up to £32k the company offers excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension, parking, staff events and employee assistance scheme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • HR administration including recruitment coordination, organising training, assisting with onboarding, recording staff holidays and preparing HR documentation
  • Order stationary / office supplies
  • Ensure office health & safety compliance, including arranging PAT testing and fire safety checks
  • Liaise with IT provider to resolve any technical issues
  • Manage and maintain office equipment and supplier contracts, including for IT equipment, printers and mobile phones
  • Manage business insurance administration including renewals, including public liability, fleet insurance etc
  • Marketing support including liaising with marketing agency to manage website updates, creating and posting social media content
  • Organise external and internal events
  • Sales support including preparing tender documents
