Account Manager / Customer Success (German Speaking)

As a German-speaking Account Manager, you'll be the trusted partner for customers in Germany, helping them maximise value from a suite of enterprise software and technology solutions. What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and growing relationships with key customer accounts in Germany.

  • Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with sales teams on growth initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent German speaker - essential, as you'll be managing German customer relationships.
  • Strong background in Account Management / Customer Success, ideally within software, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities while building trusted, long-term customer partnerships.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
