A growing cleaning and hygiene solutions provider, with over 35 years' industry experience, is looking to bring on an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing sales role, enjoys building strong relationships, and has a genuine, humble approach to business development. You'll have access to a warm database of lapsed clients to help get you started, but self-generation and proactive outreach will be key to long-term success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through calls, meetings, and site visits
  • Accurately understand client needs and provide tailored service solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and/or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A consultative and honest sales approach - not pushy or overpromising
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Knowledge of the cleaning and hygiene industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information:

  • This is a fully office-based role unless attending client meetings
  • Tools and support provided, including potential for a company vehicle and phone after a 3-month probation
