£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Car + Bonus

The role:

As Field Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth across your territory, developing strong relationships with new and existing clients within the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with a passion for the sector and a proven ability to deliver results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across West Kent and Maidstone
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s continued success
  • Prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts

About you:

  • Proven field sales experience, ideally within the construction or wholesale sectors
  • A strong negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
  • Ability to manage your own diary and work independently
  • Full UK driving licence essential
