Specialising in a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and office space, they offer a varied and rewarding workload of both project and professional services. This role is ideally suited to a Senior Building Surveyor with prior experience in a consultancy or client-side environment, looking to work in a flexible, supportive team with strong routes to progression. APC support is available for those working towards chartership.

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview
- Delivering a range of building surveying services across residential (60%) and commercial (40%) projects
- Leading small to medium-sized construction and refurbishment schemes
- Preparing specifications, tender documentation, and managing contracts (JCT and NEC)
- Conducting building and condition surveys, defect analysis, and dilapidations
- Providing professional services including party wall matters and statutory applications
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across sectors
- Working independently and collaboratively on varied assignments across the South East
Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or similar
- Previous consultancy or client-side experience required
- Proven experience delivering both project and professional surveying services
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the region
