This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser who enjoys building relationships and nurturing warm leads from trusted introducers within local partner offices.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining a client base with a view to securing mortgage lending, protection and general insurance business.
  • Demonstrating the highest standards of mortgage and protection advice and customer service, whilst optimising mortgage sales potential with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Developing relationships with our estate agency team and other areas of the business to maximise lead generation.
  • Working closely with your dedicated administrator to ensure that cases move from the point of application to completion in a timely fashion, to deliver the best customer outcome.

What we’re looking for:

  • CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Adviser
  • Proven track record of advisory experience
  • Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients
  • Confidence working independently across multiple sites
  • Positive, proactive, and target-driven
  • The ability to build relationships with the estate agency team and other departments.
