An exciting behaviour mentor role has just arisen at a well-established SEN school within the heart of Maidstone. This role is for an immediate start and the successful behaviour mentor would be expected to commit to this start date.
As a behaviour mentor the successful candidate would be tasked with working one to one extensively with students with challenging behaviour and assisting them develop targets and goals to help better their education experience. The successful behaviour mentor would also be required to monitor students behavioural and patterns and be proactive in their approach to mentoring.
