What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our CAMHS team as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, supporting children and young people experiencing mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Conducting mental health assessments and risk evaluations.? Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis support.? Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with young people and their families.? Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and external agencies.? Managing safeguarding concerns and promoting relapse prevention strategies.? Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.? Experience working in CAMHS or a similar mental health setting.? Strong assessment and risk management skills.? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
