Are you hands-on, reliable and looking for a steady Monday-Friday role? Our client in Maidstone is looking for a Production/Dispense Operative to join their friendly manufacturing team.
What you'll be doing:
- Working within the dispensing area
- Reading and following recipes accurately
- Measuring out powders with precision
- Filling mixers and supporting the blending process
- Weighing tote bins in and out
- Manual handling of boxes up to 25kg
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable with manual handling
- A team player with a positive work ethic
