Are you a senior Conveyancer ready to lead a high-performing team?

A well-established and respected law firm is looking for an Head of Conveyancing to lead their busy and successful Residential Property department, based in either Maidstone or Tunbridge Wells.

With strong roots across Kent and a modern, forward-thinking culture, this firm blends local influence with progressive values. You’ll be joining a department of 10 experienced fee earners, taking on a key leadership role with a clear path to Partnership.

Your Role

You’ll manage and support the department while overseeing a varied and steady caseload, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold homes

  • Shared ownership transactions

  • Help to Buy and Right to Buy matters

  • Lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement

  • Auction properties

  • New builds and conversions

  • Land Registry applications, including first registrations and adverse possession

  • Boundary disputes and rights of access

  • Removal of restrictive covenants

  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
