We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Mentor to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Maidstone.
The Role
As an Inclusion Mentor, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of additional needs
Promote inclusion and engagement both in and out of the classroom
Build positive relationships to improve self-esteem, behaviour, and learning outcomes
Work closely with pastoral staff, SENCOs, and external agencies
Help students develop strategies to overcome challenges and achieve their potential

Experience working with young people (in education, youth work, care, or similar)
A calm, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to inclusion and safeguarding
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
