Litigation Paralegal – Maidstone – Temp to Perm role – up to £30,000 Are you a driven Paralegal with a flair for litigation and ready to hit the ground running? This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal setting and enjoys varied, complex casework. The Role:Join a tight-knit team of legal professionals where no two days are the same. Working closely with experienced solicitors and a dynamic paralegal team, you’ll take ownership of your caseload from day one. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and progressing civil litigation and debt recovery matters
  • Drafting legal documentation including witness statements, claims, variations, and particulars
  • Issuing claims and preparing court bundles
  • Vetting cases to assess viability
  • Negotiating payment plans and preparing consent orders
  • Client liaison, case updates, and virtual meetings
  • Inbox management and general file administration
  • Collaborative work on complex cases within a supportive environment
About You:
  • Experienced in debt recovery or civil litigation
  • Confident managing your own caseload
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal training
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using Teams and engaging with clients and colleagues
