Looking for a role where no two days are the same? This is a hands-on, fast-paced position at the heart of a busy commercial operation. From managing EU import documentation to keeping sales and supply chain processes running smoothly, you'll be the person who makes sure everything connects.

You'll be setting up purchase orders, tracking vessel arrivals, keeping customers updated, and stepping in to solve problems before they become issues. Organisation, attention to detail, and commercial awareness are key - as is the ability to communicate confidently across teams and with customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating and managing purchase orders

  • Tracking supplier shipments and vessel arrivals

  • Coordinating transport from port to warehouse

  • Processing sales orders and purchase invoices

  • Stock reconciliation and inventory control

  • Managing returns and rejections

  • Liaising across departments to keep operations smooth

  • Handling EU import customs documentation

  • Problem solving with a proactive, can-do mindset

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in supply chain or procurement administration in the Food industry.

  • Strong Excel skills and IT literacy

  • Highly organised with great communication and numerical skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate problems
