Our client is looking to recruit a Bar manager / mixologist who will assist in the running of a busy cocktail bar.
The Bar manager will oversee the outlets that include the main bar, restaurant bar and outdoor beverage service during summer service.
Putting together drinks lists, designing cocktail menus, staff training and development of a small team dedicated to the bar department will form part of the key responsibilities for the Bar manager.
