Hours: Basic salary 26500 for Monday to Friday 39 hour week + 6hrs Overtime per week = 31,000 more available)

Are you looking to take your skills in manufacturing or metalwork to the next level? Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with your hands? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients team as a Paint Prepper!


What You'll Do
As a Paint Prepper, you'll be an integral part of our team, preparing components for wet painting. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Fettling, sanding, and filling: Ensuring each component is smooth and ready for painting.
  • Masking and blasting: Protecting key areas and achieving a perfect surface finish.
  • Handling components: Efficiently hanging, unloading, and packing components with care.
  • Maintaining your workspace: Keeping the prep area clean and organised, and performing regular equipment maintenance.


This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a physically active work environment and takes pride in producing high-quality results.

What We're Looking For

  • The exceprience of working in a hands on environment with experience in manufacturing or metalwork-with some paint based experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to inspect your own work.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and familiarity with power tools like drills and grinders.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset, paired with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Physically fit, as this role involves standing, lifting, and climbing.
