My client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit for a Business Development Manager with a background within engineering or civils to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be engaging with potential clients on the road and building a steady pipeline of sales. You will be responsible for growing and developing new business and managing those relationships going forward.
If you have experience in the utilities, rail, residential and manufacturing with the technical engineering knowledge, then this is for you!

Requirements:

• Background of the industries described in sales with engineering knowledge.
• Clean Driving Licence.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and closing large scale deals.
• Managing client relationships, including negotiating contracts and managing their expectations.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Adaptability skill to work with all characters and clients.
