Join Our Clients Team as a Groundcare Sales Office Coordinator!
Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team as a Groundcare Sales Office Coordinator at their Head Office in Maldon, Essex.
Role Purpose:
As the Groundcare Sales Office Coordinator, you will report directly to the Groundcare General Sales Manager. Your mission? To provide first-class administrative support within the groundcare sales department and streamline the ordering process for all branches, ensuring smooth communications between suppliers and staff.
Location: Maldon
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Process equipment orders from Area Sales Managers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Create engaging content on social media to promote new and used groundcare equipment.
- Manage manufacturer paperwork and stock analysis for groundcare equipment.
- Develop a strong understanding of sales processes for both new and used equipment.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Groundcare General Sales Manager, including memos, letters, emails, and meeting minutes.
- Generate monthly reports on commissions and bonuses for staff.
- Foster excellent communication with managers and suppliers, building effective relationships.
- Assist the Groundcare Sales Office team in various capacities, both internally and externally.
- Prepare letters and mail merge documents as required.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
What You Bring:
- A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a diplomatic approach to dealing with customers and managers.
- Self-motivated with a flexible, approachable demeanour and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
