Factory Worker - Maldon - 12.21p/h - Full-Time M-F 07:30am til 05:00pm - Temp-Perm - Regular overtime available
We are currently looking for a Factory Operative based in outskirts of Maldon, Essex. This role is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
This role is working the first 3 months through Prime Appointments, after a successful probationary period a permanent contract will be offered, this will include an increase in hourly rate along with entering the companies bonus scheme.
This role is an exciting opportunity to learn and progress within a Factory environment, for an independent and highly successful company that supplies bespoke solutions to the construction industry.
Once permanent, the successful candidate will receive on-going training and progression.

Hours & Pay:
- Monday - Friday
- 07:30 - 17:00
- 12.21ph
- Regular overtime available
- Weekly Pay while working through Prime Appointments
The duties of the Factory Operative:
- Working alongside skilled machine operators with manufacturing of product
- Working to production schedules
- Feeding product through to production
- Use of hand tools
- Loading and Unloading lorries
- Working in the yard picking orders for suppliers
- All aspects of manufacturing
The ideal Factory Operative:
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing and Production environment
- Able to complete manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting
- Keen and willing to learn
- Looking for a permanent role
- Own transport required (due to location)
