OVERVIEW

A respected law firm in the Southwest is seeking a Private Client Fee Earner to join its established Private Client Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse caseload in a supportive and client-focused environment.


The firm has a longstanding reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with its clients across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage a full caseload of private client matters, including:
Probate and estate administration
Will drafting
Inheritance tax planning
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection applications
-Provide clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients, often at emotionally sensitive times.
-Maintain and build strong client relationships
-Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing success and reputation of the department.

ABOUT YOU

- 2 years experience dealing with private client matters.
- Confident in handling probate, wills, LPAs, and associated tax and estate planning work.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals is an advantage.
