A Leading Contractor is expanding their small project team this year and is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their Worcester office.
Job Duties:- Oversee between 3-5 projects and site teams
- Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practises
- NVQ Level 6 or 7 in a relevant field
- Valid Driving Licence
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a contracts management role managing refurbishment or commercial projects.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong understanding of construction contracts and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
This role will primarily be based in the Worcestershire office but may require travel to project sites within the West Midlands.
