Senior Business Development Manager
Based Worcester

A Senior Business Development Manager is required for a busy engineering company based in the Worcester area. The company design and manufacture specialised capital equipment for clients largely within the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors.

Within this key role you will lead strategic growth initiatives within core sectors including Oil & Gas and Energy. You will develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's footprint within energy transition, process industry and oil & gas projects sector. This will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including growing their EPC customer base, customer contacts and project contracts, and develop strategic products to suit requirements of engineering consultants and project management companies. There will be an expectation to win profitable orders for the company, with a focus on growing market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering services, a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas sector and a proven track record of securing high-value contracts and partnerships across upstream, midstream and downstream markets. You will likely be Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
