About the Role

Joining our team as the Business Unit Manager for Facility Monitoring Systems, (FMS) you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the business unit based in Malvern. The role encompasses leadership of a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality delivery of monitoring solutions, development of long-term business strategies, and management of client and stakeholder relationships.

Proven experience in engineering in senior management within a technical or engineering based business, with strong project management skills. Solid understanding of quality and regulatory standards (e.g. GxP, ISO, FDA) Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with strong commercial acumen and understanding of P & L management.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience include:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role withing a technical or engineering based business. Excellent leadership and people management.
  • Experience in the facility monitoring, instrumentation, clean room construction / management, or building management system sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of quality and regulatory standards (GxP, ISO, FDA).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and understanding of P&L managment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse, international teams.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or by demonstrated experience.
  • Proficient in using business and project management software tools.
