We are now recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team with proven experience of cooking to this level. The role would suit an individual with a genuine passion to produce great dishes from the very best of local produce with a cook from scratch ethos. A recently installed kitchen garden assists seasonal menus from field to plate.
The brigade are a thoroughly decent bunch of people and share a total respect for each other, front of house and the business owners, which creates a harmonious and pleasant environment to work whilst producing some amazing food. You will need to demonstrate a flair for menu creativity and a general love for cooking and have some experience on all sections although initially you will work on larder and pastry sections.
