The Role: What Youll Do
- Own and lead the entire food operation
- Complete Fresh Food Operation
- Inspire, develop, and work side-by-side with your kitchen team
- Deliver consistent quality through fresh, well-sourced ingredients
- Maintain top-notch kitchen standards and compliance
- Take responsibility for managing costs, stock, and suppliers
- Partner with the General Manager to plan events and future food strategy
