Key Responsibilities:- Manage audits from planning to completion, coordinating with the Responsible Individual and leading on-site teams.
- Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure audit quality aligns with standards and firm procedures.
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure clear documentation of audit findings.
- Review and support the work of junior team members, providing guidance and oversight.
- Prepare and collate financial statements and ensure all review points and audit files are completed accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure GDPR compliance across the audit team.
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) or working towards it.
- Proficient in audit, accounting, and tax software.
- Full, clean driver's license.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and teams.
