Audit Senior - The Job:

  • Lead on-site audits, executing the agreed plan from start to completion, managing resources effectively and assigning tasks with clear deadlines.
  • Ensure audit quality, maintaining compliance with company polices and auditing standards whilst driving best practices
  • Supervisor and mentoring audit juniors, review their work, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional development.
  • Prepare on-site audit findings reports, identifying key risks, areas of concern and significant messages for review by senior team members.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships
  • Work cross-function across service lines, recognising where multiple services are provided to the same client and work with other teams to increase positive client experience.
  • Continuously develop expertise, seek out development opportunities and maximise cross team collaboration

Audit Senior - Your Experience:

  • Qualified - ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualifications
  • Risk awareness - Familiar with risk assessment and implementing effective control measures within the audit process
  • Team Leadership - Capable of guiding and supporting junior staff, fostering a productive team environment
  • Technical knowledge - Up to date with relevant accounting and auditing standards, FRS & IFRS
  • Software - Experience with CaseWare and CCH is beneficial
  • Client Facing - Skilled ion managing client relationships and addressing their needs effectively
