Following recent internal promotion my client are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join the team as a Financial Controlleran ideal opportunity for a talented accountant eager to transition into a leadership role with real influence. This is more than just a financial reporting role; its about becoming a strategic partner within the business, helping to shape the financial future of a growing and ambitious organisation.
As the Financial Controller, youll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information while delivering timely and insightful reports that inform business decisions. You will be responsible for managing the month-end and year-end close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining strong financial controls. Your commercial awareness will be key in identifying opportunities for growth, streamlining processes, and supporting operational teams with meaningful financial insights.
