Role Responsibilities- Lead the firm’s tax advisory function across personal, corporate, and transactional tax matters
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, family-owned businesses, and corporate clients
- Deliver specialist advice on capital gains tax, inheritance tax, business restructuring, share schemes, and succession planning
- Drive the growth of the tax department, including client development and internal training
- Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of tax professionals at various stages in their careers
- Collaborate closely with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions
- Act as a senior representative of the firm in client meetings and industry events

Candidate Requirements- CTA-qualified or ACA/ACCA with a strong tax advisory background
- Demonstrated experience at a senior manager or director level within a practice environment
- Proven ability to deliver strategic tax planning across a broad range of clients
- Commercially minded with a strong track record in business development and relationship management
- Skilled team leader with experience mentoring and developing staff
- Ambitious, proactive, and ready to contribute at board level
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
