Senior Financial Planning Administrator - Central Manchester

A prestigious Wealth Management firm, specialising in Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Manchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, supporting two senior Partners and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional client service.

The Role

Working closely with a Paraplanner and Investment Analyst, you will provide vital administrative support to two senior Partners and their clients. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth and efficient client service, processing new business applications, managing client records, and liaising with external providers to facilitate financial transactions.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a Financial Planning or Private Banking background, who thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing new business applications and ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
  • Handling Letters of Authority and liaising with providers to obtain client information.
  • Managing and maintaining the client database, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Providing high-level administrative support to Partners and their UHNW clients.
  • Handling client documentation, transactions, and correspondence with precision.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external providers to facilitate smooth client service.
  • Maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal processes.
  • Assisting with account management, client onboarding, and general administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative experience in Financial Planning, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.
  • A highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
