Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at North Manchester General Hospital. The successful candidate will deliver specialist physiotherapy services, focusing on assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex needs. The role spans inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to a varied patient population

Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

Supervise and mentor junior staff and physiotherapy students

Participate in service development and quality improvement projects

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy

HCPC registration
-
Previous NHS experience at Band 5 level

EMIS proficiency (essential); familiarity with HIVE (desirable)

UK driving licence and access to a car

Experience supervising students

Understanding of relevant local and national physiotherapy policies
